Modern floorplans, energy-efficient construction, and master-planned amenities (pools, parks, walking trails) define the community. Wildwood Elementary assignment is a mid-tier-plus draw for buyers who can't quite reach Frankford zoning.

Commute to local Plano employment is 10-20 minutes. Downtown Dallas is 30-40 minutes via the Tollway. New construction here is rare and trades quickly.
